We specialise at working in partnership with your nominated Real Estate Agent, in preparing your property for sale, by undertaking the required renovations to maximize the sale price
We cover the costs of all required works, including styling to sell your property and you will not be required to pay until the property is sold
We also assist owners with either maximising rental returns or enabling better lifestyle options.
How does it work?
Renovate to Sell
– maximise sale price
Step 1 Establish Market Value
The current market value (the base value) of your property will be agreed upon with your nominated Real Estate Agent. Your property will then be overviewed by us to determine what upgrades are needed to yield the best return on investment. The approximate cost to implement the upgrades to your property will be provided.
Step 2 Fix
After agreement is reached on the estimated renovation costs works will commence, noting that we will not exceed the estimated cost. All renovation costs will be financed by us and will be recovered upon sale of the property. This will include the costs incurred for materials, labour and specialist third party trades (e.g. electrician, plumber etc).
Step 3 List It
After the renovations are complete we will have the property professionally styled (if required) and photographed to maximise the sale price. You will then be in a position to list the property for sale with your nominated Real Estate Agent to ensure that the sale proceeds in a timely manner. If in the unlikely event that your home does not sell for more than the base value plus the cost of renovation then we will discount the cost of the renovation by 10%. We like to have a stake in the process as well to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcome upon sale.
There are no upfront costs and you won’t have to pay us until the settlement of your sale.
Alternatively, if you do not intend upon listing the property for sale we can still undertake renovation works with pay as we go.
